Cabane a Sucre Labranche

On Friday March 28 a group of ACRA ans AESQ members met up at Domaine Labranche to celebrate the coming of Spring and the production of maple syrup. The staff of the Labranche served up the traditional fare of pea soup, baked beans, ham , sausage, bacon, omelets, fried pork rinds, pancakes and crepes all served with copious amounts of maple syrup.
Thank you to Deborah Angelus for organizing the event. An enjoyable afternoon was had by all. Until next year....
